Exam Credits provides independent planning, preparation, and readiness software. It is not an official CLEP exam, a college, or a guarantee that an institution will award or apply credit. The institution’s published policy and final decision control.
Visitors and free accounts receive the Plan and Check access described in the product. Completed Checks, explanations, Plan state, and evidence already earned remain learner records under the retention policy.
Lifetime Access is one $197 purchase for one named learner. “Lifetime” means the operating life of Exam Credits. It includes every exam and paid learner capability released during that period. Access is nontransferable and non-shareable; learner-controlled viewing by a parent or coach is not account sharing.
A completed refund, chargeback, fraud determination, or account deletion may remove paid capability. It does not silently alter academic history that remains in the account. Contact support about receipts or refunds; no separate refund window is promised by this page.
Do not share an account, copy protected assessment content, interfere with the service, or present Exam Credits results as official college or College Board decisions. Payment never changes answers, evidence rules, readiness standards, or institution facts.
