We keep account details, saved Plan state, assessment attempts and answers, evidence and readiness history, purchase records, security records, and support communications needed to provide Exam Credits. Visitors may keep a Plan in browser storage before creating an account.
We use learner data to operate the Plan, serve Checks and paid preparation, preserve earned results, secure accounts, process payments, improve the product, and support the learner. Verified official outcomes may contribute to product improvement and audited impact only when the learner chooses to provide them.
Parents, coaches, and affiliates do not receive learner evidence merely because of their relationship or attribution. Any outcome-return or Plan sharing channel is learner-controlled and revocable. Stripe processes payment and affiliate payout details under its own privacy terms.
A learner may request account deletion. Records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or legal compliance, and otherwise follow the published product retention controls.
